The fermentation lasts about 7 days.
It shows a brilliant ruby red colour, an intense, fruity and vinous perfume, a dry and harmonic flavour.
Fit for soups, first courses, second courses based on meat, cheese and salted meats.
To be served at a cellar temperature.
