The wine is obtained through the traditional wine making in red, with about ten days of peel soaking.
As for the colour, it shows a ruby red colour, a characteristic intense perfume, a dry and rightly tannic flavour.
Fit for Tuscan starters, first courses and second courses based on meat.
We suggest to drink it at a cellar temperature.
